FAQs

How much notice is required?

We prefer over 72 hours but understand things happen! If a request is put in with a pick up date of less than 72 hours, we require full payment upfront sent through an invoice via email. If you have any questions please call at (660) 398- 6712

Do we do fondant cakes?

Yes we do! However, fondant can be tricky. If our bakers have any issues we will contact you and resolve if needed.

Care instructions after receiving order

For cakes, cupcakes, and cookie cakes (or anything with our homemade buttercream), they will need to be refrigerated until you need them. Buttercream will last up to 2 hour at room temp for food safety.

Payment

Along with a confirmation email you will be sent an invoice with your total. You can either pay in full or do a 50% deposit. We will not get started on your order unless some form of payment is received. Payment in full is required 3 days prior to pickup date.

Do we offer delivery?

Yes! Our bakers can deliver in the Johnson County area for a delivery fee. Fees may vary depending on location of delivery.

Are there any gluten free options?

Although gluten-free is not listed on the menu page, we can do gluten-free for an upcharge. However, we are not baking in a gluten-free workspace. We will do our very best but we cannot promise there won’t be cross-contamination with gluten and gluten-free products at this time.

Allergies and food restriction

If you have any allergies or food restrictions (soy, tree nuts, dairy sensitive, etc.), please note in the allergy section of the custom order submission form. Our bakers will do their very best to accommodate any restrictions you may have. Specifically for nut allergies, our kitchens are not peanut-free as we offer items that include peanut butter. At this time, we cannot guarantee there won’t be any cross-contamination regarding allergies.
